Return Policy

Personal Care Items

Unfortunately these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please contact Customer Success if your product arrived damaged, but we cannot accept returns of opened product or used soaps. Sorry. It is impossible to resell personal care items that have been opened or used in any way. Damaged products may be refunded or replaced on a case by case basis, just contact us with a photo of the damaged item and our customer success team will assist with a refund.

Accessory Items

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Please contact Customer Success with a photo of the damaged item and our customer success team will assist with a refund.
